COVID-19 Medical Kitting HFFS Pouch Packaging Machine
This video features a custom-designed and built system created to package COVID-19 test cassettes and desiccant pouches by hand-loading onto a Benchmark Flighted Infeed Conveyor. Pouches are transferred in registration to the PowerPouch® machine for automatic loading. Test kit pouches are formed, filled, and sealed at speeds of 60-80 parts per minute. The PowerPouch™ machine eliminates the need for pre-made pouches and handloading, simplifying pouch packaging for the pharmaceutical and medical industries. It ensures product quality while maintaining compliance with regulations and is suitable for medical kitting, hot packs, prescription medication pouches, vitamins, supplements, devices, injectables, towelettes, and particulates.
